Based off the famous painting, adapted from a stained glass window in St Patrick's Basilica, Montreal. Made entirely from reclaimed and recycled lumber. The portrait of Michael is constructed from maple retrieved from an old chest of drawers. The Maple was cut into pieces, shaped, coloured with aniline dyes and reassembled on plywood, probably taken from the bottom of the drawers. The frame is made from maple, walnut and mahogany retrieved from various sources. 22.5" x 12.25"
